Under Shannon’s leadership, Another Chance Care provides a wide range of support services, including Behavioral Health (BH) services, care coordination, supportive housing assistance, and non-medical transportation. Through strategic partnerships with nonprofit agencies and community organizations, Another Chance Care is able to connect individuals with qualified Behavioral Health providers, ensuring access to critical mental health and wellness services that support overall quality of life.
